On December 30 2008 Konrad Beihai Consulting Company Ltd signs new contract with the municipal government of Beihai for the construction of a University, a 5 star hotel, four 4 star hotels, a hospital, four clinics, a spa and health care center, pharmaceutical industry and the farming of herbal plans. A tight cooparation has been agreed upon. The value of this project is about €1billion.

After the signing ceremony the city invited everybody to a beautiful dinner followed by a cultural performance which included traditional Chinese dancing, singing and folklore.
