Fort Group Investment Ltd. delegates have visited Beihai again in January 2008 to secure 660 hectars of beach front land for the planned wellness/hotel project as well as land for the planned university. The land was viewed by the delegates and secured by a separate paper, authorizing the land's use.

The visit ended with a reception with local entertainment and dinner attended by more than 200 guests in the Shangri-La hotel in Beihai city.
