Fort Group Investment Ltd. has signed a 30 year plus joint venture agreement with the government backed company Huaxia Xinglin (Beijing) Culture Co. Ltd headed by Professor Wang Song Rui in Beijing, China. The joint venture company is called Fort Group (China) Investment Consulting Limited or China Beijing Hua Kang Culture Co. Ltd. (chinese name).

The first location for planned projects is Beihai, Guanxi province.
